Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 77plus platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 77plus reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77plus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify 77plus immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
77plus may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
All deposits to your 77plus account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your 77plus account, is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. 77plus aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
77plus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on the 77plus platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
77plus is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or close accounts involved in suspected money laundering activity.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 77plus are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. 77plus reserves the right to modify wagering requirements for ongoing promotions with reasonable notice.
77plus strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct that 77plus reasonably determines to be exploitative. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended or permanently closed.
Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice.

77plus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 77plus customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 77plus platform, you agree to first contact 77plus customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 77plus will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of such dispute.
77plus reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the 77plus platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
